Return & Exchange Policy

At UniMcoll, we follow a slow-fashion, made-to-order production model. Every single t-shirt is custom-printed and tailored fresh specifically for your order. Because each unit is individually crafted, we do not support open returns or refunds.

Size Exchanges:

All our graphic t-shirts feature an Oversized / Drop-Shoulder Fit. Please consult our size chart carefully before purchasing.

  • Due to the high cost of custom on-demand production, we do NOT offer free size exchanges.

  • If you need a different size, we offer an exchange upon payment of a subsidized Reverse Pickup & Handling Fee of ₹149 per t-shirt.

  • The item must be completely unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags intact.

  • Exchange requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

Wrong, Damaged, or Defective Items:

If you receive the wrong design, wrong size (dispatched in error by us), or an item that arrives damaged/defective, we offer a 100% FREE REPLACEMENT.

  • Please email us at unimcoll.official@gmail.com or message our official WhatsApp support within 48 hours of delivery.

  • A mandatory unboxing video and clear photos of the defect are required to approve the free replacement.

Order Cancellations:

Because printing workflows begin shortly after ordering, cancellations or size changes are only accepted within 4 hours of placing the order. Once the order is queued for printing, it cannot be edited or canceled.
